9. Marketing Preferences
You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting sales@8848athletics.com.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential communications about your orders, payments, deliveries, account security or service requests.
10. Reviews and Public Content
If you submit a product review or other content for publication, the content and any display name associated with it may be visible to other visitors.
Please avoid including contact details or other sensitive personal information in public submissions.

Our Services are intended for adults and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Appointments and customer support
We store the contact details, selected products, messages and booking details you submit to arrange visits, manage pickup and answer requests. Team replies appear on private status pages. Keep order access codes and status links private. Signed-in orders are linked to the account used at checkout. Carrier tracking data is requested from our shipping provider when you view a tracked order. Contact sales@8848Athletics.com to ask about access, corrections or removal of your information.
Optional product personalization
If you turn on “Personalize on this device”, your training interests, per-item budget and up to 15 recently viewed products are stored in this browser. Turning the switch off clears this information. It is not linked to health information, Google search history or advertising profiles. Without this setting, recommendations use your current selections, product and cart.
Customer reviews
When you submit a review, we store your public display name, rating, written feedback, selected topics and submission date. Your email is converted into a one-way fingerprint for moderation; the email address is not retained with the review. Reviews are checked before publication. We do not use your review submission to subscribe you to marketing. Contact sales@8848Athletics.com to request a correction or removal.
Optional visit analytics
With your permission, we record pages visited, referring website, device category, and a random browser-session identifier to understand store usage. We do not store IP addresses, payment details, or URL query strings in analytics. Our internal visit records are removed after 30 days. When enabled, Google Analytics also receives consented page views, product interactions and purchase totals using cookies and online identifiers. Google receives network information when your browser contacts its service. We do not send customer names, emails, delivery addresses, payment details or private access tokens to Google. Google Analytics retention is controlled separately in our Google Analytics property. Declining analytics prevents the Google tag from loading; withdrawing consent stops further tracking and removes our Google Analytics cookies. You can change your analytics preference using the button on this page.
