1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the products, information, tools and services available through it (collectively, the “Services”).
Please read these Terms before using our website or placing an order. Our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and any applicable shipping or product warranty terms should be read alongside these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

If you create an account, you are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Products and Availability
We aim to provide clear, accurate product descriptions, specifications and images. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings.
Please review the product listing carefully before ordering, including dimensions, weight capacities, included accessories, assembly requirements and warranty coverage. Accessories or equipment shown in lifestyle images are included only when expressly stated in the listing.
Products are subject to availability. We may discontinue products or introduce changes to future offerings. Changes to a listing do not retroactively alter the agreed specifications of an existing order.

4. Prices and Payment
The applicable currency, product prices, taxes and delivery charges will be displayed during checkout. Please review the total before submitting your order.
Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Promotional offers are subject to any conditions stated with the offer.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
If we identify a pricing or payment error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options. We will not charge an increased amount without your agreement.
5. Orders, Changes and Cancellations
Please check your items, quantities and contact details before completing checkout.
We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock, unsuccessful payment, suspected fraud or an inability to deliver to the requested location, subject to applicable law.
If we cancel an order, we will notify you using the contact details provided and refund any payment collected for the cancelled items and associated charges.
To request a change or cancellation, email sales@8848athletics.com as soon as possible. We may be unable to change an order once it has been dispatched. This does not affect any cancellation rights available under applicable law.
6. Shipping, Delivery and Pickup
Available delivery and pickup options, along with applicable charges, will be presented at checkout or confirmed with you before fulfilment.
Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier schedules, weather and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will communicate material delays when we become aware of them. Your statutory rights relating to delayed or undelivered orders remain unaffected.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and informing us of access restrictions that may affect delivery.
For large or heavy equipment, review the package dimensions and delivery arrangements in advance. Indoor placement, assembly and installation are included only when expressly stated in your order.
For pickup orders, follow the appointment and collection instructions provided.
Please inspect your order on arrival and report damage, missing components or incorrect items promptly. Include your order number and photographs where possible so we can help resolve the issue.
7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains eligibility, time limits and the process for requesting a return or exchange.
Please contact sales@8848athletics.com for authorization before returning an item.
Our voluntary return policy does not replace any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection law, including those relating to defective or misrepresented products.
8. Product Warranties
Warranty coverage varies by product. Refer to the warranty information provided with the product listing or purchase for the applicable duration, coverage and claim requirements.
To request warranty assistance, email sales@8848athletics.com with your order number, a description of the issue and supporting photos or videos where appropriate.
These Terms do not cancel an express warranty provided with your purchase or exclude statutory warranties that apply by law.
9. Equipment Assembly and Use
Fitness equipment must be assembled, inspected, maintained and used according to the instructions supplied with the product.
You are responsible for:
Using the equipment on a suitable, stable surface with adequate clearance.
Following the stated weight limits and intended uses.
Checking bolts, cables, attachments and other components as directed.
Stopping use if a component appears damaged, loose or unsafe.
Obtaining qualified assistance when needed for assembly or installation.
Website exercise information and training suggestions are provided for general educational purposes. They do not replace individualized instruction or professional medical advice.
These responsibilities do not release us from liability for defective products or other obligations imposed by law.
10. Acceptable Website Use
You must not use our website or Services to:
Commit fraud or engage in unlawful activity.
Submit false orders or misleading information.
Access another person’s account without permission.
Upload malware or interfere with website operation.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
