The 10, 25 and 45 lb bumper plates share the same outside diameter, keeping the bar at a consistent starting height for lifts from the floor. The compact 5 lb change plate lets you make smaller adjustments—adding one to each side increases your total barbell load by 10 lbs.
Durable Rubber with Controlled Rebound
Made from 100% virgin natural rubber with an 80-durometer hardness rating, these plates combine a firm feel with cushioning at the point of contact. Their low-bounce design helps reduce rebound and the sharp clanging associated with bare iron or steel plates.
Rubber can help reduce wear on suitable training surfaces, but proper gym flooring and controlled handling remain important. No plate can guarantee protection against floor damage from heavy drops.
Reinforced for Repeated Loading
Each plate features a stainless steel centre insert that reinforces the opening and provides a smooth contact surface against your equipment’s sleeve. This makes loading and unloading more convenient while helping protect the centre opening through repeated use.
